We are happy to present our Royal Hawaiian Limited Edition.
For the Limited Edition, we started with our original innovation, the extra deep body, and added “rope” binding to the top, back, fingerboard and headstock. The rope binding, as any Weissenborn nut will tell you, is just the coolest thing ever. Plus it’s really hard to make, so we hope you’ll appreciate it.
Then we added a premium Fishman under saddle pickup with their deluxe Presys+ preamp system. This system features 4 bands of EQ as well as a notch filter for feedback busting and a phase switch, which is another tonal variable that is particularily useful for adding some extra fullness at low volumes. The + part of Presys+ is the built-in tuner, always handy in any case, but especially if you’re going to be changing tunings in the middle of a set.
And then we decided to use some really super high quality gold tuners with ebony buttons, because playing in tune is pretty important, plus they look so great.
Now about the available options.
There aren’t any. This Limited Edition comes with everything we’ve got, including the Fishman pickup system and custom fit extra deep hard shell case. We’ll be making 24 of these again this year, so consider treating yourself to something really nice that will really confuse your grandchildren.
